Manager Alan Pardew has confirmed his 25 man squad that was today submitted with the Premier League.
The squad has to contain no more than seventeen players that do not meet the Home Grown Player (HGP) rule so the rest have to be home grown.
To clarify, an HGP player is one that has been registered with a club that is affiliated to the Football Associations of England or Wales for a period of three entire seasons or thirty-six months prior to a players 21st birthday, or the end of the season during which the player reaches the age of 21. That is regardless of nationality or age. Under 21 players are eligible over and above the limit of twenty-five.
Changes cannot be made to this squad until the January transfer window opens. The Palace squad is listed below:
