POST GAME QUOTES
OLIVER GLASNER
“They are so hungry to succeed, and so ambitious, and of course we want to keep them pushing, and it is really easy to keep the focus high. We have huge respect for Dynamo Kyiv, so playing away, starting with a win with three points in the Conference League, is very positive. Every single competition is the same, it is as important as the other one, and this is how we want to continue, game by game, and doing the best every single game.”

TEB VERDICT
The incredible unbeaten run stretches to 19 games in Poland where the Eagles saw off Kyiv with relative ease.
It had been quite a build up to kick off with Palace fans arriving in Lublin by several different methods just to see the Eagles take their bow in the league stage of the competition, and they were not disappointed.
Oliver Glasner elected to make some changes to the starting line up from the side that defeated champions Liverpool at the weekend, and they did the job to secure an opening three points to get off the mark at the first time of asking.
This was certainly not a perfect performance, and while Borna Sosa was extremely unlucky to be shown a red card in the second half, this game was surrounded by the emotion of the location and the fact that Palace were competing in their first proper European competition.
Lublin were the perfect hosts for a game and a few days that fans will always look back on very fondly indeed, and with lots of positive emotion.
