FORM PLAYERS ACCORDING TO WHO SCORED

This is the section of our match preview where we list two players from each side that are top of the ratings by our friends over at Who Scored. Obviously, there are no ratings to share at the moment but that will soon change!

Joseph Olowu 7.13
Daniel Munoz 7.10
Ebere Eze 7.10
Luke Molyneux 7.03

ONE TO WATCH

JOSEPH OLOWU
FORMER CLUBS – Arsenal, Cork City (loan), Wealdstone (loan)
The 25 year old defender has been in fine form this season playing his part in Doncaster making a promotion challenge. He signed for Rovers in 2021 and has made over a hundred appearances for the club, scoring 8 goals.

KEY CLASH

TYRICK MITCHELL v LUKE MOLYNEUX
The Palace defender has had his critics but in recent weeks it has been hard to find fault with any of his performances, particularly the good run of form the Eagles have been on. He will likely be up against an in form winger who has scored ten goals so far this season and will be keen to add to that in this cup tie.

TEB PREDICTION

Once again, it is difficult to second guess how each manager will approach this cup tie. Doncaster Rovers manager Grant McCann has seen his side mount a serious promotion challenge this season so may be tempted to be cautious with his selection. In contrast, Oliver Glasner has already said that Ebere Eze will be rested but will be expecting to put out a strong side otherwise.

PREDICTED SCORE: 2-0 to Palace
