ONE TO WATCH

HARRY KANE

FORMER CLUBS – Ridgeway Rovers, Arsenal, Watford

With the form Spurs have been in, we should not be looking very much further from the England captain. His side have yet to win since the season got back underway after the World Cup but he will remain key to the North Londoners.

KEY CLASH

MARC GUEHI v HARRY KANE

The Palace centre back returned to the side after injury and put in a good display at Bournemouth and played a key part to the Eagles taking the win. After being left out of the England squad, the former Chelsea man will be keen on making sure Spurs’ form continues in similar fashion.

DID YOU KNOW?

When Spurs were last relegated to the old Second Division in 1977 their support never waned. Instead fans recorded average attendances of over 33,000 which exceeded rest of the division crowds by 8,000.

PREDICTION

Palace are looking to build on the win at Bournemouth while Spurs are trying to find their form again and there are plenty of rumours that their manager is under pressure. That all adds up to a quite interesting match up under the lights at Selhurst. The Eagles have good recent form in this fixture and would surely like that to continue but we see this one going for a share of the points which is perhaps what both teams would be comfortable with.

FINAL SCORE: 1-1
