TEB VERDICT
After a decent first half performance, Palace paid the price for not scoring a second goal as the visitors equalised straight after the break. They were never quite the same after that and while the only real chance the Eagles had of finding a winner was from Wilfried Zaha who saw an effort ping back off the post, they once again struggled to create a clear cut opportunity in front of the goal as the game went on. Having said that, four points from the last two games is a decent return which most fans would have taken.

POST GAME QUOTES
PATRICK VIEIRA – “Overall we didn’t create very much in the first half and in the second half we could not score the second goal. They put us under pressure at the back and forced us to play too many long balls. They scored a goal that plays to their strengths and Luka was unlucky because we were well positioned. We have to give them credit for the way they played. At times I think Michael Olise was good. We all know about his talent. He is really good one on one, he can stay on the right or come inside and is someone who can provide chances or score goals. But at times you can see he is still young and learning the game at that level we will give him the support he needs to improve his game.”
SEAN DYCHE – “It is a tough place and it is a seven-point week so I am pleased overall. There was not a lot in it in the first half but they had a bit more edge to their play, maybe we were a bit sluggish. Fantastic reaction, and the appetite to get us through this spell has been enormous. The big journey down yesterday did not help. Half time made a big difference there was not much in it they just had a bit of an edge but we started bright and asked a question. I think both sides would take it [a draw].”
