The wait was over this week as the fixtures for the new Premier League season were announced. Opening day the Eagles host West Bromwich Albion and head to Old Trafford for the final game of the season. See the complete fixture list on TEB.
Eagles At The Euros
Yohan Cabaye had yet to feature for the French side that has managed to win both of their opening group games but returned to the side against Switzerland which ended in a goalless draw. Regardless, many nominated Cabaye as man of the match for his impressive central midfield display. Meanwhile, Wayne Hennessey, Joe Ledley and Jonny Williams all played their part in seeimg Wales win their group ahead of England which sees them safely into the next round.
New Deals
Amid the club releasing a number of players there is some good news for seasoned campaigners and fan favourites Julian Speroni and Damien Delaney. They have both signed a one year deal after agreeing to stay at the club after their contracts were due to run out this summer.

The club have appointed Joanne Budd as the new Head of PR and Media Relations. She is currently out in France with the England squad having worked at the FA for over twenty years.
