The second round of group games have taken place so it s time for the latest Predictions League table.
Only one fixture in this round that nobody predicted which was the draw between Brazill and Mexico. Also worthy of a mention is only Baggies Facts managed to predict the draw between Germany and Ghana.
Performance of the week is shared between three predictors all with 9 out of 16 games – EPL Roundtable, Holmesdale Radio and Palace Stats.
After 32 games, taking an out-right lead in the table is Palace Memes with 19 correct predictions (59.38%). Sharing 2nd place is EPL Roundtable and Five Year Plan with 18 (56.25%) while up into 3rd is Holmesdale Radio with 17 (53.13%).
Palace Faithful 7-8 Oppo Fans
For this round we had Steve Ponsford representing the Palace Faithful and Manchester United fan Daniel Young for the Oppo Fans.
Dan went into an early lead after the Chile win over reigning champions Spain and never looked back as Steve matched the predictions after that apart from the final game between South Korea and Algeria. Both had different predictions but neither were correct leaving the Oppo Fans with the win.
