The pressure is well and truly on after five losses in a row for Palace with no win in six.
Boss Alan Pardew will head to South Wales with his squad accutely aware that there is a distinct possibility that this could be his final game in charge should the result not go the way of the visitors.
In contrast, the Swans have not fared much better of late with only one point from their last five games and sit at the bottom of the Premier League table with six points. Their only win of the season so far came on opening day away at Burnley.
Recent games between the clubs have been rather mild affairs with Palace winning just one of the last five while the other four ended in draws. Another draw will unlikely be deemed a good result by either club this time around.

ONE TO WATCH
LEROY FER
The twenty-six year old midfielder started his career in the youth set up at DWO before moving on to Feyenoord. He made his full debut for the Rotterdam club in 2007 and went on to make over a hundred appearances, scoring fourteen goals.
In 2011 FC Twente secured his services for a reported fee of around five million Euros. In 2013 the Dutchman came to England and signed for Norwich City before moving on to Queens Park Rangers. While at Loftus Road, Zoetermeer born Fer joined the Swans on loan before signing permanently. He has represented the Netherlands at several youth levels as well as eleven full international caps with just the single goal.
PREDICTION
Final league position – 18th
After plenty of upheaval at the South Wales club, this season is likely to see the biggest challenge to their top flight status. Since the departure of Garry Monk, the Swans have yet to find any kind of stability and the appointment of American boss Bob Bradley really has to work and quickly otherwise the Premier League could end up losing its only remaining Welsh representative.
