NEWLY PROMOTED FOREST TOP THE RANKINGS
Nottingham Forest might be taking part in their first Premier League season in 23 years, but the Reds can boast the best stadium in the league for fan experience with the City Ground scoring 77.92 in BetVictor’s fan experience index. Forest’s remarkable achievement puts them ahead of the so-called “Theatre of Dreams”, with Old Trafford coming in second place, ahead of Brighton & Hove Albion in third.
PALACE, EVERTON AND WEST HAM IN BOTTOM THREE
On the other end of the spectrum, Crystal Palace’ Selhurst Park is the worst in the league for fan experience. The South London club receives one of the lowest infrastructure ratings as well as location rating, giving the Eagles a meagre score of 56.11 which outdoes Everton (19th) and West Ham’s (18th) performance in the study.
SPURS LEAD LONDON STADIA
Interestingly, Tottenham Hotspur’s billion-dollar stadium helps it rank as the best venue for fan experience in London and the state-of-the-art arena also receives the highest infrastructure rating of any club in the study. However, Tottenham still only come in fifth position overall with Manchester City pipping them to fourth spot.
