A new season at the highest level the Palace Ladies have ever competed in provides a number of different opportunities to support your club.
Other than popping down to cheer on the ladies on match days at Hayes Lane courtesy of our esteemed hosts Bromley Football Club, there are other ways of supporting the players and the club as a whole.
This season has presented our fans and local businesses with sponsorship opportunities that will support players and club through a huge season in the newly re-structured women’s football pyramid. Here is a rundown of how you can get involved as an individual or a business;
Match Day Sponsorship
- Up to twelve guests, exclusive use of the board room and pitch side balcony for the duration of a home game
- Half time refreshments
- Match day host
- Children mascot places
- Player of the match award
- Player meet and greet
- Programme advert for duration of the season
- COST: £300
Match Day Programme Advertising
- Half page programme advertisment for the entire whole season
- COST: £100
Match Shirt and Training Kit Sponsorship
There are a number of different options on offer:
- Back of first team match shirt (home and away) – currently £10k for the first year.
- Front of first and reserve teams training kit – currently £10k for the first year.
- Option to have both match shirt and training kit combined – currently £15k.
What exactly will you be paying for?
- Training kit is worn by all members of the senior squad for travel to and from matches. Interviews and personal appearances are all conducted in full training kit, gaining more ‘on screen’ media time than match kits.
- Branding in Palace Ladies match day programme.
- Permanent coverage of partnership within official Crystal Palace Football Club Premier League home match programmes (readership is estimated to cover 12-15k for each edition).
- Branding and live links on/from the Palace Ladies website.
- Ten tickets to all Palace Ladies 2018/19 home matches.
- Palace Ladies player appearance opportunities and PR photo opportunities.
- Access to over 300 Palace Ladies players/families for marketing/PR
- Access to exclusively held Palace Ladies commercial and business community via two Crystal Palace Football Club business club invites.
- Opportunity for extensive social media coverage and sharing on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.
CONTRACT: One year renewable on a yearly basis thereafter or negotiable for a three year deal.
Match Shorts or Match Shirt Sleeve Sponsorship
There are a number of different options on offer:
- Match shirt sleeve for first team away shirts. Currently £5k for the first year.
- March shorts for first team and away shorts. Currently £5k for the first year.

- Branding in Palace Ladies match day programme.
- Permanent coverage of partnership within official Crystal Palace Football Club Premier League home match programmes (readership is estimated to cover 12-15k for each edition).
- Branding and live links on/from the Palace Ladies website.
- Two tickets to all Palace Ladies 2018/19 home matches.
- Eight guest passes to a Palace Ladies home game Sponsors Day during 2018/19 season at Bromley FC.
- Palace Ladies player appearance opportunities and PR photo opportunities.
- Access to over 300 Palace Ladies players/families for marketing/PR.
- Access to exclusively held Palace Ladies commercial and business community.
- Opportunity for extensive social media coverage and sharing on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.
CONTRACT: One year renewable on a yearly basis thereafter or negotiable for a 3 year deal.
Player Support 2018/19
This season, as part of our efforts to help the talented and ambitious players at our club succeed in their football, we are seeking equally ambitious partners and supporters to become a player supporter.
By its nature, Palace Ladies is a membership subscription club (standard club fees of £450 per season), and whilst all aspects of the women’s game are getting stronger, we are still needing to think creatively in terms of helping our players in respect of covering this financial commitment.
Where at all possible, we seek to ensure that those players representing us in The FA Women’s Championship do not do so at their own cost. This has been helped to a growing extent by Crystal Palace Football Club and our sponsors, all of whom are showing unprecedented levels of support this season. However, in order that we provide the very best for our players, we are looking for additional support.
Our solution to this, is to invite support of a player or player(s) for the season from forward thinking supporters of not only our players and club, but also the wider realms of promoting the abilities and strengths of women in sport.
The basic fee for this is £250 although can be as much as desired. Our guarantee is that the £250 will ensure that the player is not subject to any incurrence of cost, and anything over and above that sum will benefit the player directly.
Whilst we anticipate a strong response to the scheme, we appreciate that we should be ensuring that we are able to give a return for this kindness and support. To this end, we will provide the following as a minimum and work, where requested, with the sponsor on any tailored opportunities.
- Live link from the player profile on the Palace Ladies website to the website or contact point of the sponsor. This will last for the entire season on a site that receives thousands of hits a week. Social media notification of the news of the sponsorship of every player.
- A complimentary ticket to every Palace Ladies 2018/19 home game.
- Complimentary access for the sponsor and a guest at a Palace Ladies sponsors event during the season. An opportunity for sponsors to meet and discuss/promote their businesses and support for their sponsored player.
- Access to exclusive opportunities for Palace Ladies player appearances (subject to other Palace Ladies commitments).
- Unique signed colour photo of the sponsored player.
- Recognition of the sponsorship within every Palace Ladies home game match programme.
- Publicity within Selhurst Park and Premier League match day programme when sponsored player has their profile published.
- Access through Palace Ladies to opportunities within the wider Crystal Palace Football Club business and club community.
- A first option to extend the sponsorship for the following season.
