The Winning Bets
Two winners for myself this week with Manchester City, Derby County and Ipswich Town all winning to pay £52.50 and predicting Tottenham vs Palace to be a draw added £42 to the pot. Andy brought himself £75.60 with Man City, Man Utd and Derby all winning.
A shake-up in the standings as my 2 winning bets took me from last up to 3rd place. Blossy is breathing down Dan’s neck as his lead is more than halved to £60.86
Preview
In a game that media-types would refer to as a match up between two hoof-ball merchants, it will likely stun the journalists in attendance to see a game of football break out. Hopefully Palace can play up to the same level as last week and Liverpool and try and reward the home fans who have in recent games witnessed Sunderland and Villa control the game.
The wing wizardry of Yannick Bolasie and Wilf Zaha will be key in this game for Palace and hopefully Marouane Chamakh or Dwight Gayle will be able to put the ball away when they provide a dangerous moment. Mile Jedinak and James McArthur will be key to keeping Bojan Krkic quiet and I foresee an early Mile Jedinak booking for putting the tricky Spaniard up into orbit in an attempt to put him off his game.
